About Us

Chambray estate is a working farm currently producing wine grapes. The current plantings, planted in 2013 are Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon and February 2016 marked the maiden harvest. Further plantings are planned to expand the varietal base.

There is an Olive Grove with several varieties of Olives and a large garden of King Proteas.

Fresh produce used in our breakfasts is sourced from our gardens and fresh honey from our hives.
